Going from 30% body fat down to 15% body fat is quite a journey. I've already done this once in my life, but I've also made a lot of diet mistakes and training mistakes along the way. The result could have been much better if I knew more about losing body fat and gaining muscle. And if you're someone at a higher body fat percentage, for example at 25% body fat or above 30% body fat, the approach you use to lose body fat is very important for seeing the best result.

And in this video, I go over the steps I would take if I was once again a beginner starting at 30% body fat and how I would get my physique back to 12% body fat or 15% body fat and lose all the belly fat. I cover diet changes, training recommendations, body fat percentages, walking and step counts, avoiding mistakes, and most importantly, how to consistently.
