V- Bar Pull-Ups - Military Style
V-Bar pull-ups are a great way to build up your upper back musculature. These are a basic strength builder for the military since they require no equipment (these can be done with just your hands gripping the bar) other than a high bar or rafter.
Many lifters suffer from having too weak upper back muscles and therefore this can be a staple exercise to help build those pulling muscles back up to prevent shoulder injuries and poor posture.
