TRX, KB, Light DB Workout #3

In this workout we're going all out for repetition based work. So try to hit all of your reps in each circuit as quickly as possible. Some more advanced lifters may have to do this circuit 2-3 x in order to elicit solid results so if it's easy on you, do another couple of sets.

KB Front Squats x30 reps
KB Stiff Legged Deadlift x30 reps
Side Planks x60 sec each

TRX Split Squat x20 reps
KB Single Stiff Legged Deadlift x30 reps
Deadbugs x50 reps

TRX Jacknives x50 reps
