1. Standing Leg Raises (Hip abduction)
2. Standing Deadlifts
3. Glute Bridges
4. Straight leg raises and pulses
5. Diagonal Leg Raises
6. Leg Swings
7. Donkey Kicks and pulses
8. Swinging Donkey Kick into Fire Hydrant
9. Straight Leg Side Raises
