Delicious Katsudon Japanese Pork Cutlet Bowl and Meiji Jingu in Tokyo Japan - vlog #041 part 1

Our first stop in today will be at Zuichou 瑞兆 in Shibuya Tokyo Japan where we'll be grabbing lunch. This place is known for only 1 dish which is their Katsudon. Katsudon is a Japanese Pork Cutlet Bowl and contains a fried panko crusted pork cutlet, egg, katsu sauce, and rice. Their tonkatsu sauce is their own blend is is like a sweetened light bbq sauce. This place can only seat 8 people however, the food comes out really fast! My order only took 5 minutes to prepare. Be sure to bring cash because they do not accept credit card.

The next place we'll be visiting is Streamer Coffee Company which has many coffee shops throughout Japan. Their latte art is pretty awesome and the Military Latte was really good, probably one of my favorite coffee shops in Tokyo. The latte contains green tea, white chocolate, and espresso. For those in the U.S. if Japan is too far, Streamer Coffee Company opened a sister location in Chicago called Sawada's Coffee as well 👌

If you're looking for some things to do in Tokyo, I recommend visiting the Meiji Jingu (Meiji Shrine). This place is free to visit and located in Shibuya. The hours differ every month so be sure to check out opening and closing hours before you visit. As of this time it's under renovations, due to the Olympics happening in 2020, however it'll be open up later this year. This is a pretty peaceful place to visit and if you like walks and enjoy seeing the beauty of nature and historical architecture then this is for you! There are sometimes ceremonies and festivals held here and I know for sure many people visit the Meiji Jingu during New Years there will be millions of people visiting the shrine.
