Hook-lying Single Arm Pullover
The keys to this exercise are:
1. Keep the lower aspect of the rib cage down throughout
2. Maintain appropriate breathing strategy
3. Keep head, neck and upper back relaxed (don't let them press down as you bring the weight back)
Some reasons to include this activity:
1. Improve ability to control the orientation of the lower rib cage
2. Improve expansion in the lower aspects of the rib cage, sternum and upper anterior aspects of the rib cage
3. Improve internal rotation of the shoulder via expansion of the anterior lateral thorax
