4 Simple Exercises to Fix Your Stiff Neck (Now!)

We can all agree, nobody has time for a stiff neck! A stiff neck often gets in the way when it comes to working out. A lot of exercises actually can make neck stiffness worse.

Neck stiffness is often a result of:
1) Increased muscular activity at the neck and upper rib cage
2) Decreased independence of the neck and rib cage

In this video, we use two movement preparation drills and two old-fashioned gym exercises (with a few twists) to improve movement of the neck and upper rib cage.
