Perfect At Home Biceps Workout (Bands Only) - Quick & Effective

Hey guys, welcome to today's video on the perfect at home biceps workout using bands only.

This workout is quick, effective, and will take you full training the full functions and ranges of motion of the biceps.

The Workout is as follows:

1) Standing Band Curls / Pull Up Bar Curls - 2 - 3 sets of 8 - 12 reps

2) Incline Curl 21s - 2 - 3 sets of 21 reps

3) High Curls / Mercy Curls - 2 - 3 sets of 8 - 12 reps

4) Band Hammer Curls - 2 - 3 sets of 8 - 12 reps
