Todays question is - What should I eat for breakfast to not feel hungry before lunch?

This is a very common question and is clearly an area where people trying to lose weight struggle, as getting hungry between the three main meal times leads to snacking, which leads to exceeding your required calorie intake for weight loss.

An aspect a lot of people don't consider when it comes to morning hunger is what they've eaten the night before, so this video begins by discussing that, and then provides advice and ideas for breakfast foods to keep you going much longer.
