Home Gym RESISTANCE BAND WOOD CHOP and Palov Press
Learn how to do a band wood chop without a cable machine. This banded wood chop can be done at home with just a resistance band and something to wrap it around. This is a great addition to a resistance band workout adding in a great obliques exercises improving your core strength and athletic performance. Alongside the woodchop, I also demonstrate how to do a Palov press.
