15 Min BARBELL COMPLEX AMRAP WORKOUT | Follow Along
Follow along with this 15 min Barbell workout consisting of two AMRAP workouts. First up is a barbell clean complex, then we move into a barbell snatch complex. This workout uses Olympic weightlifting exercises broken down into more accessible simplified movements to help improve your barbell skills and give you a great workout. Follow along at home or in the gym with just a barbell and plates.
