Adult Gymnastics studio Sydney: Dalecki Strength Olympics night
We are an adult gymnastics community located in Alexandria Sydney. We get together once a quarter to test our selves (against ourselves) and have a laugh together.
This time we tested our:
-max height box jump
-max handstand (either chest to wall or freestanding)
-max chin ups in 60 sec
-max pull ups in 60 sec
-active middle split
This video gives insight into the community of adult who love moving their body and doing gymnastics. We prove that you can do gymnastics at any age, even if you've never done it before.
