將鷹嘴豆變成金黃香脆的"麥樂雞",一切食材全天然,沒有用上"素肉"。當然別要想像有雞味,但有麥樂雞的質感及既視感,享用時蘸茄汁頗是像真的"麥樂雞",這可是小朋友的最愛喔!
Turn chickpeas into"McNuggets", all ingredients are all natural, no "vegetarian meat" is used. Don’t imagine it taste like chicken, but it has "McNuggets"'s texture and sense of sight, dip it in tomato sauce , it looks like"McNuggets". This is the favorite of children!
食材:
罐装鷹嘴豆 240克、燕麥 70克、鹽 ¼茶匙、
胡椒粉 ⅛茶匙、水 80毫升、麵包糠 100克
麵粉糊(麵粉 45g克+水 100毫升)
Ingredients:
Canned Chickpeas 240g, Oats 70g, Onion 40g,
Garlic 2cloves, Salt ¼tsp, White Pepper ⅛tsp,
Water 80ml, Bread Crumbs 100g
Batter (Plain Flour 45g + Water 100ml)
"鷹嘴豆"含有大量植物蛋白與多種胺基酸、維生素、粗纖維及鈣、鎂、鐵等成份的鷹嘴豆,被視為超級食物之一。其中高達28%以上純蛋白質含量,卻只含了5%的脂肪,還有多種人體必需的胺基酸,在豆類中營養價值相當高,且易於消化吸收,非常適合增肌減脂的健身人與老人、小孩或是缺乏蛋白質的素食者拿來補充身體所需的養分。
