食材:
茄子 600g、尖椒 100g、鲜香菇 125g、
姜末 ½汤匙、食油 1汤匙、盐 ⅓茶匙 、糖 ½茶匙、
胡椒粉 ¼茶匙、生抽 ½汤匙、芝麻油 ½茶匙
Ingredients:
Eggplant 600g, Pepper 100g,
Fresh Shiitake Mushroom 125g,
Minced Ginger ½tbsp, Cooking Oil 1tbsp,
Salt ⅓tsp, Sugar ½tsp, White Pepper ¼tsp,
Soy Sauce ½tbsp, Sesame Oil ½tsp
