About This Workout:
This is a 30 minute workout that will sculpt and tone your upper body while getting your cardio in. All you need is your weights and mat . Feel free to stay low impact or hit the higher intensity options. You will be using your weights to sculpt and tone your upper body today. This class is loads of fun.
