MINI TRAMPOLINE WORKOUT CLASS

I am turning up the tempo to turn up the intensity with this 35 minute rebounding workout.

Great way to challenge your mind and body when I turn that tempo up in this workout.

Make sure you go at a pace you feel comfortable with and if you get confused or lost just go back to your basic bounce.

I am going to finish the workout with Pilates core moves on the trampoline to bring awareness to your midsection. Let's do this!
