Pulled your back? Keep moving!
You "pulled" your back. Now what?
You know the answer isn't rest. And while a tough workout may not be a good idea, you do need to keep moving. Here are some really gentle exercises you can do to help your body recover. Go slow and breathe. Leave out any movements that cause shooting pain. In addition to doing these exercises a few times every day, continue with daily walks and use heat or ice (which ever one brings you relief).
