For this workout you won't need any equipment, so grab a mat and let's get started!

Each exercise is done for 45 seconds, followed by a 15 second rest. 1 round and you're done!

1) Toe Taps
2) Push Up Rotations
3) Forward Backward Lunges
4) High Knees
5) Squat Jump Rotations
6) Bicycles
