In this video I take you through 5 different bodyweight leg exercises that require zero equipment & can be done from anywhere! Each exercise is repeated for 3 sets of 15 reps with 60 seconds of rest between sets.
The workout consists of:
- Squat Rocks
- 3 Point Lunges
- Frog Pumps
- 4 Way Squat Hops
- Alternating Single Leg RDL Hops
3 sets x 15 reps, 60 seconds of rest between sets.
