WHAT TO EXPECT: This is a full-body strength training session to help you build full-body definition! This workout is 30 minutes with the warm-up, and we will be training with compound exercises that include the upper body, lower body, and abs!
EQUIPMENT: You only need dumbbells! To maximize this session, aim to lift moderately heavy, relative to you!
STRUCTURE:
- 12 EXERCISES REPEATED TWICE
- WORK: 45 SECONDS
- REST: 20 SECONDS
