材料：3个鸡腿肉、2根红辣椒、3根小青椒、5瓣蒜、4红葱头、1块黄姜、2根香茅、15克belacan、6个疯干叶、1杯清水、半勺盐、1勺白糖、80毫升椰浆

做法：
1）鸡腿洗干净切块
2）把2根红辣椒、3根小青椒、5瓣蒜、4红葱头、1块黄姜、2根香茅、15克belacan搅碎备用
3）热锅热油，爆香搅好的辣椒泥，炒大约10分钟，再加入鸡肉炒熟倒入一杯清水大火煮开盖上焖2分钟

4）加入半勺盐、1勺白糖、1半的疯干叶、80毫升椰浆搅拌均匀煮至浓稠就可以出锅啦

5）香喷喷的娘惹叁巴鸡就做好了❤️
