Elvis Presley - Am I Ready - Movie Version - Re-edited with RCA/Sony audio

"Am I Ready" was the second ballad to be heard within Elvis' 1966 movie "Spinout" and the second time that he would sing directly to his opposite female actress, although in this instance part of a set up involving a rich racing enthusiast and his infatuated, spoilt daughter played by Shelly Fabares, in her second of three roles with Elvis.

Elvis recorded the song on 16 February 1966 at Radio Recorders' studio B in Hollywood with the seventh and final take chosen to be the master.
