ACL Rehab at 9 Months post-op: Quads and Hamstring Strength

It's been 9 months now since Henna had her left knee operated on for a ACLR. She is doing great and has just had her RTS testing done. The results are:
Quads / Ham ratio even L=R 47/48% (needing to get to closer to 75-80%)
Left leg 80% strength of the right leg (needing to get to 90-95%)

So she has some work to do still and now we focus in on increasing the volume and amount of exercises for hamstring strengthening, as well as an overall increase the quads and hamstring work on the left - doing less sets on the right leg to help close the gap on the strength difference left vs right over the next 3 months.

1️⃣ Hamstring Curls (Powerband Load)
2️⃣ Loaded Step Down (Powerband + Weights)
3️⃣ Loaded Physio Lunge (Powerband + Weights)
