Endless ONE ARM CHINUP tips in BERLIN

Today Im taking you through my whole day in Berlin, during which I met with calisthenics athlete @kristenics that I got to know through Instagram. Our training at Freeletics Monbijou Park turned out better then we thought, from handstands and handstand pushups to one arm chinup attempts, muscle ups and fun pulling exercises. Considering the fact Kris' strongest point is pulling, and especially one arm chinups, I decided its the perfect moment and person to discuss this advanced movement with. Particurarly if we take into account unusual Kris' bodyweight of 85-86KG for this kind of skill. One arm chinup/pullup has always been the goal of mine that i've been chasing for years and unfortunetelly had to stop due to tennis elbow.
We got over a fair number of topics regarding the move - including weighted chinups transfer, grip strength, bicep work, common injuries and how to avoid them. The major point of the podcast was me asking Kris about his top 3 best one arm chinup exercises. Im not gonna lie, his choices suprised me a bit ;)
