Murder Church House Flip Remodel (#225) Update! Floor Plan did We Choose?

A lot of people have asked for an update on this property and I finally have one! This is an old church that was converted into a house or shop at some point. It was lived in for a while and we bought it last year to flip. Right before buying it we found out there was a murder committed in it!

I still bought it but it has been tricky deciding what to disclose or not disclose since it is not required to disclose murders in Colorado. The property has been chopped up and has a very strange floor plan and we figured how we are going to fix it!
