Flip #226 Finished and For Sale: Bought for $347k, Listed for $449k, Why is the Bedroom Door Locked?

This is a house flip I sold many years ago as an REO agent that we ended up buying this year! The property did not need much work and I wish all of our flips were this easy. I guess this deal makes up for ones like the Complex that had multiple tenants, an eviction, and more going on!

The property did have a hiccup with a pipe that froze and caused some damage but it was pretty minimal. The market in Colorado has been super hot recently and we will see how fast this one sells. Our remodel was very affordable and since we should have a short turnaround time our carrying costs will be less as well.

We are coming to one of the worst times to sell houses during the holidays but I think our market is still strong and I never like holding properties to try to time the market since the carrying costs add up quickly!

We will have more finished flips coming up soon and we just got a very interesting property under contract as well.
