Another Unit in the Ocho (8-plex) is Vacant and is Someone Living in the Laundry Room?

This is an 8-plex with 16 garages we bought a few months ago. We have had a lot of turnover so far in this property and that is something to consider with multifamily investing. My single family rentals are so much more stable! This property has still been great so far and I go over many of the numbers on it as well in this video.

We bought it for $1.35 million and have already added quite a bit of value. We also have almost all of the paint done and it looks so much better! Another unit came up vacant but it is one where they were only paying $975 a month in rent and market is $1,275 so it is not a bad thing.

We have had some drama here but not much. Some of the tenants think someone may be living in the laundry room!
