New House Flip Purchase! 1904 House with an Addition, Huge Garage, and a Lot of Stuff! Flip #227

This is the first flip we have bought in a couple of months! Nikki saw this one without me when I was in Florida and we ended up getting it from a wholesaler for $265,000. I have never seen the interior of the house until I walked through it shooting this video!

The house is pretty cool and the garage is huge! They also left us quite a few things and I found a few surprises in the house as well. One of the surprises relates directly to the 8 plex I bought a couple of months ago.

This is also the same town we just the flip in where the contractor filed the crazy lien against us that we will have an update video on soon!
