Farm House Flip Finished and on the Market! Bought for $330k and Listing for $499k! Flip #210

This is a house flip we bought a few months ago and it is being listed today! The house was bought from the MLS and we had to do some tough negotiating on this one. We almost did not do that deal but we decided to come up on price a little since there are so few country homes for sale and we are glad we did!

We bought the property for $330,000 and it is worth close to $500,000 now! There are almost no country properties for sale and this would be the cheapest house within 20 miles with at least 1 acre if you can believe that.

The house did not take a lot of work but the land and outbuildings did need some love. We had to rebuild part of the barn, repaint everything, and clean a lot of the plan up. There are over 4 acres of land with the property and the house is about 1,900 square feet including the basement.

We spent about $40,000 on the repairs and we will have another $30,000 in other costs on the property. I am hoping we get a contract soon and I will keep everyone updated on the community posts and Instagram.
