How is the Bar Doing 2 Weeks After I Bought it? Plus a LIttle Bit of Remodeling!

I bought a bar 2 weeks ago after a failed attempt at purchasing another bar in the same town. This bar is doing much better already but that was not hard to do! On this bar I own the building and lease it out to the operator but they are nice enough to give me a behind-the-scenes look at everything.
