How We Got the Lien Removed That Was Placed by a Contractor on Our House Flip

This was a crazy situation where a contractor we hired, hired another contractor to do work on the house and then they got in an argument over pay. The contractor decided to file a lien against the house that was completely frivolous and we were able to get it removed.

I was surprised how easy it was and go over the process and what we did in the video. I also go over the entire situation and how the contractor attacked me over and over on social media.

This was the first time I have ever had a contractor lien one of my houses. We always pay fast when they are owed money but this was a very unique situation!
