Tiidrek Nurme - 2:10 Marathoner - Taper Workout

Tiidrek Nurme is one of only 5 people in history to race the 1500m and the Marathon at the Olympic Games. Right now he is preparing for the Seville Marathon with a sub 2:10 in mind. His current best is 2:10:02.

Join Tiidrek for his final workout during his taper before the big dance - 8 x 1min intervals in Iten, Kenya (2300m elevation).

The workout: 8 x 1min intervals with 90sec rest. The odd intervals are slightly downhill and the even intervals are slightly uphill.
