Peter Herzog - Intervals Preparing for Seville Marathon

Austrian National Record holder (2:10:06) over the Marathon - Peter Herzog is eyeing of a sub 2:10 result at the Seville Marathon in just under 6 weeks time. Join Peter and training partners Timon Theuer, Christian Steinhammer and Simon Stuetzel for a fast interval workout at training camp in Monte Gordo Portugal in ideal conditions.

The workout: 3x2km, 4x1km, 4x500m starting at close to goal Marathon pace and progressing in speeds. Recovery: 3min (between 2k's), 2min (between 1k's), 1min (between 500's)
