A beautiful cover of the Bob Dylan classic 'The Times They Are A Changin'', performed here by the sublime Barbara Dickson and the late great Gerry Rafferty. Both during his lifetime and in the near decade since his passing, Barbara and Gerry had a real connection, and it is evident that the two Scottish superstars had chemistry and a mutual respect. I have a fondness for both artists, and this 1992 recording is a truly timeless postcard and sonic gem.
