Fountain Blue, Daley Center Chicago

A minute or so of meditation coming from the Daley Center in downtown Chicago. While wandering around the loop taking advantage of the sights offered by the Chicago Architecture Foundation
for there annual open house weekend I stopped at the public space that also houses the windy city's Picasso. It was a nice peaceful moment but my only question is what's with the blue water?
