Sherlock Holmes: The Christmas Pudding
Part of a British series that lasted for one season (1954-55). This version of Sherlock Holmes starred Ronald Howard, son of screen actor Leslie, Howard as Holmes. Dr. Watson was portrayed by Howard Marion-Crawford.
The producers of the series didn't get the rights to use Doyles original stories so most of the series were originals including this cup of holiday cheer. In it a serial killer who has vowed to kill Sherlock Holmes escapes from prison and moves to carry out his threat.
