💫 Bridge With Extention - 10 reps⁣⁣⁣
💫 Glute Smiles - 10 reps (tracing the smile forward and back = 1 rep)⁣⁣⁣
💫 Internal Rotation - 10 reps⁣⁣⁣
💫 Rainbows - 10 reps⁣⁣⁣

Complete all the exercises on one side before moving on to the other side. Repeat the circuit twice for an AMAZING lower body workout! 💪🏼⁣⁣⁣
