今天用自制的豆沙馅做的豆沙包,能吃出颗颗豆沙的香味, 还带着淡淡的奶香,大人小孩都喜欢吃。

原料 (此配方可以做10个豆沙包)
红豆 200克
无核红枣 20颗
水 250毫升
糖 60克
椰子油 10毫升

中筋面粉 300克
温牛奶 170毫升
植物油 5毫升
糖 30克
干酵母 3克

Ingredient (This recipe can make 10 red bean buns)

Pitted date 20pcs
Water 250ml
White sugar 60g
Coconut oil 10ml

Plain flour 300g
Warm milk 170ml
Vegetable oil 5ml

Instant Yeast 3g
