☘️ 汤种面团
高筋面粉 15克
水 75克

☘️ 主面团
高筋面粉 260克
奶粉 15克
细砂糖 40克
速发酵母 4克
盐 3克
中号鸡蛋 1颗 (连壳55-60克)
水 65克
汤种面团 80克
无盐黄油(软化) 25克

☘️墨西哥酱
融化无盐黄油 40克
细砂糖 25克
室温鸡蛋液 40克
低筋面粉 40克

鸡蛋液刷表面
葡萄干 40克

☘️** 预热烤箱至170/340F, 170/340F 烤制22-25分钟
请根据您用的模具和自己烤箱来适当调整温度和时间。

🍞Braided Sweet Raisin Bread (can make 3 pcs)
☘️ TangZhong
Bakers flour 15g
Water 75g

☘️ Dough
Bakers Flour 260g
Milk powder 15g
Caster sugar 40g
Instant yeast 4g
Salt 3g
Medium Egg 1pc (55-60g with shell)
Water 65g
Tangzhong 80g
Unsalted Butter (softened) 25g

☘️ Topping sauce
Unsalted butter (melted) 40g
Caster sugar 25g
Egg (Room temp) 40g
Cake flour 40g

Brush with mixture of egg and milk
Sultanas 40g

☘️** Preheat the oven to 170/340F. Bake at 170/340F for 22-25 minutes
Please adjust the baking temperature and baking time according to the oven and the pan you use.
