酥皮面团 (共可制作12个红豆酥)
- 油皮
中筋面粉 150克
细砂糖 25克
猪油 40克
凉水 75±克
盐 1克

- 油酥
中筋面粉 120克
猪油65克

馅料
红豆馅
红豆 150克
细砂糖 60克
葡萄糖浆 45克
植物油 45克

白芝麻少许

☘️ 预热烤箱190C/375F, 190C/375F烤制30分钟
请根据自家烤箱情况,调整烤箱温度和时间

Plain flour 150g
Caster sugar 25g
Lard 40g
Cold water 75±g
Salt 1g

Lard 65g

Filling
Red bean paste
Red bean 150g
Caster sugar 60g
Glucose syrup 45g
Vegetable oil 45g

White sesame seed

☘️ Preheat oven to 190C/375F . Bake at 190C/375F for 30 mins
