今天做一款很适合新手做的吐司面包，巧克力味浓郁，组织非常地松软，好吃到爆。

配方🍞 巧克力吐司面包

☘️ 主面团
高筋面粉 270克
可可粉 15克
细砂糖 30克
盐 3克
鸡蛋液 25g
牛奶 190g
速发酵母 4克
水 6克（融化酵母）
无盐黄油（软化）25克
黑巧克力豆40克

☘️** 预热烤箱至185C/365F
** 185C/365F烤30分钟
请根据您用的模具和自己烤箱来适当调整温度和时间。

Cocoa powder 15g
Caster sugar 30g
Instant yeast 4g
Salt 3g
Egg 25g
Milk 190g
Instant yeast 4g
Water 6g（for yeast）
Unsalted butter (softened) 25g
Dark chocolate chips 40g

☘️** Preheat the oven to 185C/365F
** Bake at 185C/365F for 30mins
