配方 ☘️ 火腿肉松面包圈 (可制作9个)

🍀中种面团
高筋面粉 180克
速发酵母 4克
细砂糖 5克
水 110克

🍀主面团
高筋面粉 115克
细砂糖 35克
奶粉 15克
盐 3克
中号鸡蛋 1个(55-60克带壳)
牛奶 45克
无盐黄油(软化) 25克

🍀馅料
火腿片 18片
肉松60克
日式美乃滋酱 60克
玉米粒 少量

☘️ 预热烤箱至175C/350F,175C/350F烘烤20-25分钟
请根据自家烤箱情况,调整烤箱温度和时间

Recipe ☘️ Ham & Pork Floss Bread (can make 9 buns)

🍀Sponge Dough
Bakers flour 180g
Instant yeast 4g
Caster sugar 5g
Water 110g

🍀Main dough
Bakers flour 115g
Caster sugar 35g
Milk powder 15g
Salt 3g
1 Medium egg (55-60g w/shell)
Milk 45g
Unsalted butter(softened) 25g

🍀Fillings
Ham slices 18cps
Pork floss 60g
Japanese Mayonnaise sauce 60g
Corn Kernel

☘️ Preheat the oven to 175C/350F, bake at 175C/350F for 20-25 mins
Please adjust the baking time & temperature according to the oven you use.
