🍞 蓝莓蛋糕卷 （可制作5-6个精美小蛋糕）

☘️ 新鲜/冷冻蓝莓 120克

☘️ 蓝莓蛋糕片
大号鸡蛋 4个（60-65克连壳）
蓝莓果泥 80克
低筋面粉 70克
植物油 45克
细砂糖 60克
少量柠檬汁

☘️奶油馅
奶油 300克
糖粉 25克

☘️** 预热烤箱150C/295F， 150C/295F烘烤22-25分钟, 调至165C/330F继续烤7-8分钟
请根据您用的模具和自己烤箱来适当调整温度和时间。

☘️ Fresh/frozen blueberry 120g

☘️ Blueberry Roll cake
4 Large eggs (60-65g/each with shell)
Blueberry puree 80g
Cake flour 70g
Vegetable oil 45g
Caster sugar 60g
Lemon juice

☘️Cream filling & decoration
Cream 300g
Icing sugar 25g

☘️** Preheat oven to 150C/295F，bake at 150C/295F for 22-25 mins, turn to 165C/330F for 7-8 minutes
Please adjust the baking temperature and baking time according to the oven and the pan you use.
