How To Do Bicep Curls *CORRECTLY*

Are you doing bicep curls correctly, or are you doing them how I see 80% of guys doing them?

Here are 3 simple tips that will correct your form, get you doing the exercise properly, and bringing you maximum gains for your effort.

1. Don't use momentum to jerk the weight up - All this does is grows your ego more than your biceps. You can get better results curling a 20 lb dumbbell correctly, than a 40 lb dumbbell incorrectly!

2. Squeeze the handle hard - Doing this contracts your bicep harder, and incorporates the forearm muscles into the exercise.

3. Supinate your hand at the top of the motion (pinky twisting above the thumb) - This peaks the contraction at the top of the motion and isolates the bicep muscle more.
