This is the 2nd part of our two week trip to Italy in 1984. Firenze or Florence, as it is known in English is an art lover's paradise, and we tried to get in as much art as we could in the five days that we were there. We went from art museum to art museum, with visits to the magnificent cathedrals, and to Ponte Vecchio, a jewelry lover's paradise. I still have the camel skin jacket that I purchased from one of the many street vendors. Again, kindly excuse the quality of the video, as this was video in its most primitive form, VHS tape, long before consumer hidef cameras and high quality tape and hard drives. Nevertheless, I hope it will give you the true feeling of what it was like to visit one of the great cities of the world almost 30 years ago..
