• barbell bent over row [4 sets x 10 reps]
• one arm dumbbell row [4 sets x 10 reps]
• lat pull down [4 sets x 10 reps]
• straight arm lat pull down [4 sets x 12 reps]
• ez-bar curl [4 sets x 10 reps]
• dumbbell hammer curl [4 sets x 10 reps (5 and 5 alternating)]
