Circuit One (40s work + 20s rest x2 rounds)
Goblet Squat
Stiff Leg Deadlift
Reverse Lunges
Sumo Squat
Side Lunges

Circuit Two (40s work + 20s rest x2 rounds)
In + Out Curls
Underhand Row
Tricep Press
Lateral Raise
Push Ups
