Suffering in Training? You Don't Have to For Results

I wrote today's training piece to be a mix of movements I love that give a great training stimulus - and allow enough recovery to leave on a high note. Yes you can do Olympic lifts, gymnastics movements, bodyweight calisthenics, and breathing in a way that feels challenging - and doesn't cause your body needless suffering. Since my competitive days, I've changed my focus to appreciate suffering in small doses to help me challenge myself and grow. And to also know how to create engaging, effective training without it.
