When you are trying to buy a house, which is a great deal, many times you will have to compete against other offers. I buy many homes that are rentals, flips or even my personal residence. I have had to compete with multiple offers many times and here are some tips to get your offer accepted.

Do not give up or rescind your offer, because there are other offers. Make your best offer based on your guidelines and numbers. When there are other offers, many times highest and best is used. Learn to make your best offer and hop e it gets accepted.
