One truth about losing body fat that most people need to hear is that no diet or training advice will work until you’re ready to mentally accept it. This goes for getting to 15% body fat, 12% body fat, or whatever your goal is. The basics of losing body fat are pretty straightforward: create a calorie deficit, eat a higher protein diet, lift weights, walk more to lose weight, stay active and get better sleep. Most people have heard of this already, but until there’s a strong mindset shift and commitment to a healthier lifestyle, it’s all just one more diet you stick with for a while and eventually drop off without seeing results.
And in this video, I decided to share a piece of advice I believe everyone looking to lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle needs to understand. This is the type of content about getting lean and seeing long-term results that I wish I had when I first started my first journey because a big part of success comes down to your mindset.
